Reese's Birthday Party

Blogging question- please help

I was trying to do a blog post about Reese's birthday party and an error message came up saying that I had run out of free storage and I needed to buy more in order to post anymore pictures. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried to read up on it, but there is no way I have used all my storage- I have only been blogging for a year. Someone please explain this to me and let me know if this has happened to you. Thanks!
